We use only certified raw material for the production of all products.
Hastelloy C22 alloy contains nickel, chromium, molybdenum and tungsten. This chemical content increased resistance to pitting, cracking and cracking due to pressure. This alloy offers resistance to oxidizing media. Molybdenum and tungsten content shows high resistance to reducing media. This alloy is easily constructed into industrial components. This present alloy resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice attack. This alloy is welded form, shows resistance to inorganic acids. Hastelloy C22 shows effective service in the protection of boiler tubes and coal-fired power production plants.
Hastelloy C22 bar has high resistance to oxidizing aqueous media adding wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chlorine ions. Hastelloy C22 has resistance to formic and acetic acids. Hastelloy C22 rod offers optimum resistance to environments where reducing and oxidizing conditions are encountered in process streams. Our Rod has some characteristics like excellent weldability; it resists the formation of grain-boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone. These rods are shows exceptional resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments such as strong oxidizers. At room temperature, these rod shows mechanical properties. This rod has tensile strength, elongation and hardness. Our Hastelloy C22 Wire is used in various applications like medicine production house, cellophane, chlorination plants, fertilizer and chemical processing sector. This alloy is used in acid production, wastewater treatments and pickling plants.
