Monel 400 Bar is a copper and nickel alloy that has a wide range of applications. It can harden more when cold pressed and has excellent thermal conductivity. Monel 400 Bars & Wire have an equal amount of copper-nickel, which makes it easy to derive good performance from these bars. Monel 400 Bar can be used in both hot and cold media work. In addition, unlike other ferrous materials, it does not become brittle in cold temperatures. Monel 400 Bars & Rods are commonly used in hydrocarbon processing equipment, marine engineering, heat exchangers, chemical processing, and other applications. The nickel and copper metals in Monel 400 Bar and Wires help them fight corrosion to a greater level. Its capacity to work seamlessly in an aqueous environment makes it also usable for marine industries.
Table of Content
Monel 400 Wire is primarily used in high-temperature brazing applications. This wire is commonly used in specifications requiring corrosion resistance and high-temperature service properties. This Monel 400 Wire can also be used in sub-zero temperatures such as liquid oxygen, helium, or nitrogen. Due to the low vapor pressure of nickel brazing alloys, Monel 400 Wire is well suited for vacuum systems and vacuum tube applications. This nickel brazing Monel 400 Electrode is ideal for jet engine parts and assemblies, food handling equipment, nuclear energy, and carbide tools due to its joint strength and corrosion resistance. Its tensile strength and toughness are preserved even if it is exposed to acidic agents. Alkaline environments also do not alter their mechanical power.
Lint Steels uses a forging process to make Monel 400 Fittings, allowing the wire to work perfectly under highly elevated temperatures. These high thermal conditions do not cause these forged rings to face problems like pitting, crevice corrosion, surface deformation, etc.
Our company has maintained trustworthy relations with many client industries who rely on us blindly. The raw materials that we purchase are all genuine, authentic and pure, which directly affects the grade of our final output.
