Nimonic 90 pipe is a creep resisting alloy produced by the hardening method. The nickel-chromium content with a certain amount of titanium and aluminium makes the alloy tough, hard and strong. Nimonic 90 pipes are immune to high temperature. Corrosive media do not affect them. Nimonic 90 pipes stay strong to oxidation and reduction. They are used in power generation and automotive, gas turbines and other industrial applications. Forging Nimonic 90 pipe at extensively high temperature followed by immediate water cooling and quenching treatment makes them highly ductile and tensile. They can be welded and fabricated readily.
