What is Jethete M-152?
Jethete M-152 is a nitrogen-bearing, hardenable 12% chromium marten’s tic stainless steel with elevated force at higher temperatures and outstanding creep and corrosion resistance. It is sold as hardened and tempered steel with very good toughness. This alloy also demonstrates high score tolerance and good thermal expansion coefficients. It preserves steady feeds and speeds when machined.
Jethete M152 Plate: These Plates are a sneak and corrosion-resistant, hardened and tempered steel with a usual upper-temperature limit of 560°C.
Advantages of Jethete M152 Sheets: Jethete M152 Sheets are an AOD + ESR or AOD + VAR melted alloy with added alloying materials providing it good strength and temper resistance at higher temperatures up to 1000oF. This grade could be heat-treated to multiple various force levels. Because of its outstanding mechanical qualities at higher temperatures and good machining properties, Jethete M-152 sheets are mostly used in high-stress environments, such as turbine blades and turbine discs in the aerospace industry.
