Lint Steels is an Esteem organization that produces and sells the RENE 41 Sheet. We are making these RENE 41 Plates using the best raw materials. These RENE 41 Foils are created as per the demanded size, shape etc., of the customers.
What is RENE 41?
Rene 41 is a nickel-chromium alloy that is a mixture of cobalt, molybdenum and some aluminium and titanium. It has a high corrosion resistance and is easily fabricated. It is usually carbon-free. This combination creates a superior steel that has numerous features.
RENE 41 plate is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy developed by General Electric. It is applied in jet engines, missile components, and even some other applications requiring high strength at extreme temperatures.
It is a relatively soft but rigid material, therefore, readily machined and formed. The ageing process of Rene 41 foil raises the hardness to a level sufficient for many tooling applications.
RENE 41 Sheet:
It is a sheet with more extraordinary force ability from room temperature, which is about 1600°F. Rene 41 Sheet should be in the complete solution treated situation before welding, and during welding, it is susceptible. After welding, it should be utilized in rapid heating and cooling rates through the 1200-1600°F range, followed by ageing.
