Lint Steels is one of the best pioneer companies that provide the great range of Permalloy Sheets, Plates and Foils for industrial applications. We manufacture these permalloy products in different specifications such as different types, forms, sizes, weights and many more.
What is Permalloy?
Permalloy is an alloy produced from the compound of nickel, iron and molybdenum. It is a simple magnetic alloy with particularly high magnetic permeability. Permalloy comes with attractive features such as they have low conductivity, significant anisotropic magneto-resistance.
Permalloy is widely used for manufacturing thin pieces that are laminated to form transformer cores. The proportion of nickel may approximately range from 35% to 90% depending on the properties desired and it is about 78% for low-power transformers.
Our manufactured Permalloy plates and Foils come consistent with high-quality material. Our Permalloy Sheets are widely used in manufacturing batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries, assembled batteries, electric tools and special lights. All the foils are produced for the end-use.
Characteristics of Permalloy sheets, plates and Foils:
Permalloy foil is made up of a soft magnetic alloy that comes with exceptionally magnetic permeability property. Low magnetostriction is essential for industrial sectors, where fluctuating pressures in thin films would cause a ruinously high fluctuation in magnetic fields.
Permalloy sheets, plates and Foils are mostly used in
