Nimonic 75 is a nickel-chromium alloy with good mechanical properties and creep resistance at high temperatures. It also has excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance, making it suitable for use in many industrial applications such as power generation and chemical processing. This alloy is available in the form of pipes, which can be used for piping systems that require extreme temperature resistance and durability.
Nimonic 75 pipes have an outer diameter ranging from 6mm to 100mm, with a wall thickness from 0.8mm to 30mm. The pipes are supplied in either cold-worked or solution-annealed condition as per customer requirements. They possess good weldability, allowing them to be easily joined using various welding techniques.
Nimonic 75 Sheet contains 80% Nickel and 20% chromium. It also has additional elements like titanium and carbon that provide enhanced mechanical strength and efficiency to sheets. Nimonic 75 Sheets have very good oxidation resistance and tensile strength at higher temperature conditions. Nimonic 75 alloy is popularly used for the fabrication of all types of sheets due to its excellent resistance properties and elevated temperature strength. This alloy is readily welded in annealed conditions using several standard welding procedures. There is no need to rupture as these sheets have increased strength even in hostile conditions.
