Alloy c263 Round Bars are some of the most widely used materials for wire forming applications. They offer excellent strength and ductility, making them ideal for a number of different industries. The alloy is corrosion-resistant and can be used in many different environments. These bars are also easy to form into a variety of shapes and sizes, giving manufacturers the flexibility to create products that meet their exact specifications. Alloy c263 Wires are also available in a range of gauges to meet any application requirements. With its superior properties, Alloy c263 Round Bar is an excellent choice for a variety of projects. By choosing Alloy c263 Round Bar, customers can enjoy unmatched quality and reliability in their product designs.
Lint Steels is the major producer, stockist and exporter of the Alloy C263 Round Bar. We are manufacturing these Alloy C263 Wire Using excellent quality raw materials.
What is an Alloy C263?
Alloy 263 is a Nimonic Alloy, a combination of nickel-chromium-cobalt-molybdenum that is particularly meant for use in high temperature and high strength applications. This alloy can be precipitation-hardened.
Alloy C263 Round Bars:
Alloy C263 Round Bars has high strength up to 816˚C and excellent oxidation resistance up to 982˚C. These Round bars is normally welded in the annealed condition 1148°C, rapid cool. Repair welding of these round bars may be done in age-hardened conditions.
Properties of Alloy C263 Round bars:
• Good formability,
• high flexibility,
• Superior weldability.
• In the annealed condition, this alloy can easily be formed by cold working.
Advantages of A263 Wire:
Resistance to Oxidation and Corrosion
These wires have excellent resistance in extremely stressful environments. They are precipitation hardened with other resilient and versatile metals such as aluminium and titanium.
Low Expansion at Elevated Temperatures
These wires are a Nickel and Iron-based alloy (containing 36% Nickel) used in aerospace engineering. Its main advantage is its extremely low expansion levels at cryogenic temperatures of 500°F and above, allowing this alloy to retain its shape and strength consistently.
Creep Resistance under High-Stress Situations
These Wires have exceptional creep resistance properties. This alloy is having the capacity to retain its fortitude under high degrees of stress and at temperatures of up to 850°C/ 1562°F make it extremely useful for constructing aircraft exhaust valves and turbine rotors.
