Table of Content
It is a cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten alloy that combines excellent high-temperature strength with good resistance to oxidizing environments up to 1800 Degree F (980 Degree C) for prolonged exposures and superior resistance to sulfidation. It is beneficial to cold-work the Haynes 25 Plates for bending, spinning, and drawing the various components.
This steel alloy has excellent forming characteristics and can be cold and hot-worked. It is sulfidation-resistant and has excellent corrosion resistance. Haynes 25 Plates and Haynes 230 Sheets are furnished in the solution heat-treated condition.
Haynes 25 Foil is resistant to marine environments, acids, and body fluids.
Perforated Sheet Metal is also known as a perforated Sheet. It is a sheet metal that has been manually or mechanically stamped or punched using different tools and technology. In some applications, it is utilized for laser cutting to fabricate different hole sizes, shapes, and patterns.
Haynes 25 Perforated Sheets: Haynes 25 Perforated Sheets has given good service in many industrial applications, as it possesses many good properties.
Features of Haynes 25 Sheet:
Applications of Haynes L605 Sheet:
Haynes L605 Sheet combines properties suitable for several component applications in the aerospace industry, including parts in the established military and commercial gas turbine engines. Modern engines have primarily been replaced by newer materials such as these alloys, which most recently own improved properties. Another area of significant usage for the L605 Sheet is as a bearing material for both balls and races.
